New Directors Elected

Tom Bell, Dorothy Douthit, Ph.D., Anthony "Tony" Good, Ellen Hollinger-Martinez, and Jay Junker were elected directors at the Annual Meeting. [Citing press of business (as manager of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel), Bell declined to serve.] At the next regular meeting in October, James Stone, President, and Nola Nahulu, Vice President were continued in office. They are joined by John M. Derby, Sr., Secretary, and Debbie N. Taira, Treasurer. Derby was appointed to replace Lynne Johnson, who resigned; Francis A.I. Bowers, Jr. has served two consecutive three-year terms and has retired, in compliance with our By-Laws.

Continuing on the Board are Randie K. Fong, Brickwood Galuteria, Elia A. Long, Richard Rodby, and M. Dolly Strazar.
