         - July 14, 2007, 12:00 PM, at Ala Moana Shopping Center
         - August 26, 2007, 12:00 PM, at Pearlridge (Uptown)

    The Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame Serenaders will present a series of free events open to the public at various venues across O'ahu to promote its coming "Lei of Stars" concert happening on July 19, 2007, at the Hawaii Theatre, at 7:00 PM. Along with the Serenaders will be featured artist multiple Na Hoku Hanohano Award Winner, Ku'uipo Kumukahi. The events will include traditional Hawaiian music and hula.  See more...

  • The Great Hawaiian Folk Life Festival was observed on the weekend of March 24th-25th with festivities throughout Waikiki. The Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame Serenaders were on hand at the Outrigger Hotel Beachwalk with live music and dance on the Lewers Street staqe during the afternoon. More...
  • The Legacy Loyal Garner Award was presented to the Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame March 21st at the annual Legacy Awards banquet at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.  The people of the Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame feel honored that the HMHoF was chosen as a recipient of this esteemed award and extend to Loyal Garner's family, and the Hawai'i Music Awards a deep mahalo nui loa.  More...

  • Queen Kapi'olani Birthday commemoration - 'Iolani Palace was the location of the commemoration of the birth of the beloved Queen Kapi'olani on the 27th of December. She was born on December 31, 1834.  To help celebrate this important event, performing on the entrance steps of the Palace, was six time Hoku Award winner, Ku'uipo Kumukahi leading the Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame Serenaders in a musical tribute to the Queen.  More...
