Does anyone have any info on some/any comedy hula albums...i am looking for less well known comedies ( Not "Ala Moana Annie", "keep your eyes on the hands") i am in BC, canada so if u are outside of BC - please let me know website or phone number... MAHALO...ahead of time! Meilanio |

I have an old record I bought in Honolulu back in 1959 entitled "Keep Your Eyes on the Hands - hilarious and naughty hulas". Besides the usual above, it has Red Opu, Ana Pau, Hilo Hattie Does the Hilo Hop, Hawaiian Cowboy, O'Brien has One Hawaiian, Hawn Scotsman, Tutu E, Princess Pupule, Kaleponi Hula, Ala Moana Annie. It is under Waikiki Records. You might try searching for one on EBay. I'm not willing to part with mine! Good luck! |

I enjoy "Malihini Mele" by R. Alex Anderson, which Richard Ho'opi'i sings on his solo album "Ululani". Very funny misuse of Hawaiian words. Jesse Tinsley |

| Does any one know another artist that did Ala Moana Annie besides the version on the CD Hanalai'i? There was one back 20 plus years ago. I thought maybe Genoa Keawe but I could find nothing. |

I have a old single (45-546 with engraved no on black vinyl) with Tutu E and princess pupule. Since I kept it in a album, I do not have the sleeve. Please, let me know if you are interestet to purchase it. |

The original version of ala moana annie was done by Jennie Hanaiali'i Napua Woodd in the 1930's. I'm trying to find out the name of the album it was on. |

I have/had the tape version of Keep Your Eyes on the Hands, hilarious and naughty hulas. Sorrowfully, it recently broke and I really want to get it replaced--would Molly (or anybody) be able to steer me in the right direction? |
